The shipment of your orders is made from Spain by shipping with insurance to Spain and the following countries in Europe.
Our shipping rate is calculated automatically based on the weight of the products and the shipping address selected by the customer. You can find the calculation in the shopping cart.
Spain (peninsula) Free shipping from € 150.00 purchase.
Spain (Balearic Islands) Free shipping from € 500.00 purchase.

Delivery times for mainland Spain
You will receive the order within 2 to 6 business days. Once the shipment has been made, we will send you the tracking number of your shipment. With the tracking number of your shipment you will also have the possibility to schedule delivery on another two preferred days in case the estimated initial delivery date does not suit you.
Delivery times for the Balearic Islands and Europe EU
You will receive the order within 3 to 8 business days. Once the shipment has been made, we will send you the tracking number of your shipment.

- No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Nor to PO boxes.
If the order is returned to origin because the transport company could not deliver the merchandise to the recipient, Galería Lamanai will not be responsible for the costs of the possible resend.
The signature of the recipient’s order will be a necessary requirement to proceed with the delivery of the merchandise. In case of refusal of the addressee to sign the request of the agency, it will be exempted from all responsibility.
LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
We guarantee the nature, the quality of the materials and the authorship. In addition to your legal rights, customers in the European Union (except the United Kingdom) will have a two-year post-sale guarantee from the date of delivery of the product, for the repair of products purchased if they are defective. The pieces in the “Alebrijes” category have an extended warranty, due to production defects. It is considered a production defect if for any reason, over time moths are generated in the wood or defects / paint stains appear. In this case, Galería Lamanai will offer the client the possibility of repairing the piece in the workshop of its origin.
Modification of the conditions of sale
